OSC and MAKE Controller	Can't Post

I had been using Izz to control a servo on a MAKE Controller using OSC. But at some point a change in one place or another caused that to fail and the MAKE Controller can no longer understand Isadora. It still understands OSC messages from PD and PERL. And I tried various setups to insure that Isadora was sending the messages, it is.

I've also tried to roll back versions of Izz and the firmware on the MAKE board, but I have not found a working pair again.
In the end I used a small PD patch to translate, but I wanted to not that there seems to be something slightly unusual about the OSC messages out of Isadora.

Does the MAKE board have any specs on the OSC messages it expects to receive? I could take a look at this and see if there is anything that might cause trouble.

I don't think there is anything particularly enlightening here, but this is what they have.

I have not tried listening for it's responses with Isadora, since it's got it's own paths locked in, as does Isadora.
The sorcecode for the firmware is available too, but I don't know if it's worth going that deep yet. I'm just using the standard Heavy 1.3.1

I don't know if the problems are related, but I'm having a problem where Isadora stops responding to incoming OSC messages from a Processing app. The lights on the hub keep flashing (indicating that Processing is still sending data), but Isadora stops responding. This happened four times during 20 minutes when I last was checking, with me having to restart I to get it working again...

This was reported through the bug report form.

Anyone else seeing this?

I think there is a problem if Isadora's internal buffer for OSC messages gets overloaded. I have this in the bug database already, and will be looking into it as soon as I am able. In the meantime, you might try limiting the number of messages you are sending to see if this helps.
