Error message ID = -903	Can't Post

I just received error # -903.

I have been running two cameras into izz taking one via quartz composer, and
it's been fine, if slow, until today. I've been
trying to reset - or better "unset"
the camera settings on the camera coming in via
izz, and not only can I not get
rid of the settings, now I can't run two cameras
in and last, this error. Two cameras have been working for weeks
until I fiddled too much with the camera settings on video-in watcher.
Rebooting doesn't help. I can't open a camera with videoin watcher
even if there are no actors at all. I always get the -903 error.

I'm running in two firewire cameras, point grey dragonfly 2's.

After this error, quartz composer can also no longer see a second
FW camera. I think the Firewire port is fried somehow.

Help??!

FYI: we solved this problem by deleting the preferences.

Actually, deleting the preferences fixed the problem in Isadora (great!), but not in general, i.e. not in Quartz Composer, although I deleted those preferences too . Resetting the PRAM and removing firewire from the internet setups didn't help the QC problem - the blocked firewire port - either , for what it's worth for others trying to squeeze more cameras out of the system.
