IZZY 1.2.8 and 25 fps	Can't Post

Don't know if this makes a difference, but in IZZY 1.2.8 I have set my target frame rate in prefs to 25, but in the status window see 30fps as my frame rate.

Hmmmm... it looks like if you make the choice, it's not taking effect until you restart. So, for the moment, make the choice and restart the program. I'll figure out why the change isn't immediate.
