I think I've put (unfortunatelly) the finger on something serious.
Trying to debug the problem underlined in the previous post, I fall on this.

Create a new file in isadora
put a trigger to string actor
save the file
close the file or quit the apps
reopen the file
try to check the init box of the trigger to string actor
the apps crash and quit

I don't know if it is for anyone the same. I try this on both my computers, on core or standard version 1.2.8.
It's pretty annoying. You just have one possibility to set the init value (before you close the file). Better know what you're doing.
I already post a report, but i just want to know if it bugs for other people too and if it is the case, you know, just warn you.

This is fixed for 1.2.9 -- I will hopefully be able to release this by the end of the month.
