www.sparkfun.com have a breakout cable for them, you just have to work out what uts sending then - I think they have some example code too.

you will need to look on the sparkfun website for the details of what they know of the information that the gets sent. I think its got a serial chip on, so you will need drivers for that so the computer recognises it. Sparkfun should have details of what that is.

It will not feed straight into an actor in isadora (until there is the serial in actor). For now you will need to use another program to read the messages and send something on to Isadora.

Well, the board I see at the Sparkfun site is a RS-232, serial i/o board. So you can use the Serial Out actor and Serial In Watcher - Binary actor to write and read the data. But I don't have time to look though their VB program to help you with the commands. Maybe they can be of some assistance with a specification?

The Serial Input Watcher can be used in v1.2.9, which can be downloaded from the page at http://www.troikatronix.com/izzy-updates.html

As you said, Isadora connected to ipod-nike.
But there is no action.
May by, it need another option....
When you have time to check this, please tell me the way..
It is not urgent...
