i have a setup with 4 plasma tv's that i would like to control with izzy to power on off and change inputs on etc...
and i'm a little green with this sort of thing, how do i speak to each tv individually, and how do i send signal to 4 different inputs from on output port?
The first thing you're going to need to find out is the message format expected by the TVs. Serial stuff is never easy because each device has it's own protocol.
You can't directly send 4 signals to 4 TV's from one output port. But if the TV's have serial in and out you just daisy chain them. Each TV should have a different ID number so you can control them separately.
