CI - shapes - lines - particles (?)

It would be a great to have shapes/geometry and lines CI actors.
a bit more demanding but really useful would be CI particles actors.
I have no clues how OpenGL and Core Image technologies can interact or how similar they are but it would be great to mix both!
is there any chance of doing this?
I know that u'r (Mark) very busy with troika ranch's new performance (for which I wish the best!),
but later on it would be great to have some feedback on this.
