change actor value with mouse - id search Can't Post

When I change a value of an actor with the mouse and reach the top, bottom, left or right end of the screen the value stops scaling. It would be great even when the mouse pointer stops at the end, scaling keeps on when the mouse is moving.

If I have a very complex patch with lots of ID's it takes quiet a while searching for the matching ID's between control and actors. How about finding the matching ID's with "apple+L" (L for LINK) and a mouse click on the ID and then you see the red line between the matching ID's.

You can already kinda do this, If you change you view mode to , "Show actor Control Split"( Shift S)
& Have the Control view in edit mode,
You can click on the Control Link ID number and drag a line to the Item you want to add the control link to.

Hello andrewnewy

Thank you, I know that.

But if you have about 100 ID's it is very difficult to find the corresponding ones in either the control or the patch window. My idea would also need the split window mode. If you then click either in the control side or the patch side, the other side should center the actor or control in its window and show the red line between them.
