3d player and texture	Can't Post

I'm trying to insert an object .3ds with texture into 3d actor player of isadora, but I cannot see the texture on stage properly.
I have inserted an actor 3D Light Oritentation set to 'global' and 'light' to on.
I have exported object .3ds from cinema4d with texture in .tiff.
what's wrong? I looked for on forum but no solutions.

Hmmm.... I wonder if it is because the texture is a tiff. Can you send the .3ds object to me along with the texture so I can give it a try?
