Duh... monitor; slider; large output Can't Post

Hi Folks

Used Isadora for a while, but putting together a new project and have some simple questions - things which used to work in pre-1.2.8:

1. control panel monitor - needs to be linked via video out ID instead of dragging from control/split as before?

2. I have sliders to something simple (HSL actor) and made a "reset" button to put things back at "normal." When I hit the button it does not return my sliders to "0" (lets say) though the actor is back at "0" I have it set to see the "value of linked properties."

3. If I'm using a TH2Go I would like to see a monitor out view somewhere, preferably in my control window - can I only use the "force stage" to do this?

Thanks - not sure why I'm dunce-ing out on these things, but appreciate your insights!

John

Yikes - I figured out the sliders reflecting the normalized state but the other questions still remain in the murky fog...

Monitor Control should be linked to a video output... you can't drag a wire to these... but have to click on the work 'video' to open the inspector for that output, and set the control ID manually.

There is no way currently to monitor exactly what is on the stage. This is a known feature request, and will be available in a forthcoming version.

Hope that helps,
Mark
