If you have a composite output coming from your computer, you can easily do this, though it goes through the analog stage. You often have to buy an adapter (laptop) or perhaps even a different video card (desktop) to support this.
On the Mac version only, you can set the stage to be mirrored to a DV camera selecting it in the External Video Output menu and "Start External Output". But just know that this is pretty CPU intensive, and will slow down your patches.
