bug affecting user actors and scenes in 1.2.8?

I am building a big patch for a theatre show which will have several scenes. I noticed that in in the last version released (1.2.8) there's a different way to approach scene (a bug?) that is making me crazy. If a user actor (i.e. containing a trigger value resetting the default values of an actor) is simply wired to an actor, every time a new scene is entered the values inside the user actor are triggered bypassing the actor values set in the scene that, doing so, can't be recalled as usual, making the use of scenes completely useless. I made a simple commented patch (with a clip inside) to explain what's happening. You can download the patch (with a movieclip) at this link. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=PFOYO00Q (you just have to enter the verification code you'll see on the top left of the page and then wait 30 seconds before pressing a free download button) the patch without the movie is attached to this post Thanks in advance for any help.
