mask and multi projection Can't Post

I have two questions and perhaps people could help me.
I have screens opposite to each other, two projectors and one mac.
I have created two different mask 1&2 in photoshop ( representing sale 1 &2 of boat) and I have imported them in Isadora. Now I would like to project simultaneously on the two screens the same film but using the two different shapes, is that possible, if yes how could i do this?
Also i would like one film to start one screen 1 and then happening in screen 2. Is any one know how I could do this with Isadora? I will still have tow projectors and one mac.

Also I have done my mask in photoshop but when i put full screen to seen them projected they are smaller than the actual screen , and i can still see my Isadora Window which should not be there if projected in big srcreen.

And last, how can i operate with Isadora, so my images/films are projected and i can alter them with various the actors, but don't want to see the actor/window projected only the effect applied? if that make sense???

Thank you

Anne-Laure

Re: [annelaure] mask and multi projection [In reply to] Can't Post

annelaure,
Your questions are not very clear. For what I understand, you have 2 masks (a 768x576 B&W image I supose) and you want to compose it with your film on each screen.
You can use "alpha mask" actor, puting your film into "background" and your mask into "mask", that work. You can send the same movie player to 2 projectors trough 2 alpha mask.
You can start the system with one projector at 0 intensity and then put 100 intensity.
With 2 different screen, you can have command in one screen and full screen proj on other one.

You can read the user manual!!!

Good luck.

Jacques is correct. You want to take the Movie Player output into the top input of the Add Alpha Channel, and the output of the Picture Player (with your mask) into the lower input of Add Alpha Channel. If you do that, you will see the image masked by the mask. You can feed the same film into two separate Add Alpha Channel actors and output those to two different stages to accomplish your goal.

Best,
Mark
