debsinha Novice Feb 4, 2008, 9:58 AM Post #1 of 6 (1194 views) Shortcut sound input crashing SOLVED Can't Post hi there when i start the sound input on isadora it doesn't work until i change the source, and then put it back to where the sound is coming in (eg i want the built in mic, so i have to change it to soundflower, or built in input, and then back, and then the meters work). and its only working when the sound input settings window is open. once i close it, nuthin. macbook 2.16 core duo, izzy 1.2.9, and qt pro 7.3.1 (if it matters) any ideas? anyone? i'm coming down to the wire on this project.... thanks in advance deb (This post was edited by debsinha on Feb 16, 2008, 2:48 PM)

Or just from the Mic/Line In? Also, try trashing the prefs. They are at /Users/YOURNAME/Library/Preferences Is it really a crash? debsinha Novice Feb 16, 2008, 2:48 PM Post #4 of 6 (1067 views) Shortcut Re: [debsinha] sound input crashing SOLVED [In reply to] Can't Post hello everyone in case anyone else has this problem, mark just emailed: turns out having an aggregate device configured in audio/midi setup cripples the audio input capability of izzy. if you delete your aggregate devices, the audio works fine in izzy. this is, of course, on a mac. a small annoyance to work around but its not like it takes forever to setup an aggregate device. ciao deb
