skulpture User Oct 29, 2007, 6:22 AM Post #1 of 8 (2629 views) Shortcut MacBook Pro Rumours? Can't Post Today I was just about to order a spanky new MacBook Pro... Then the technician at Uni came over, asked what I was ordering and said "Oooooh I would'nt get a new one just yet because there are rumours floating about that around christmas time a 'newer' vesion may be arriving"... So... Ive been hyped up for days, and now Im not sure what to do... PLEASE HELP! Has anybody else heard anything.. Ive googled and found a few things but nothing that has convinced me, should I wait? Should I just go for it? Im not in great need for a new one but it would be nice! Any advice? Because I really really don't know what to do now... [In reply to] Can't Post There will always be a more powerful/cheaper/improved version just around the corner whenever you buy. If you don't need one now then it makes sense to wait and buy in at a point further down the development chain (always assuming that you will still have the money available to do that). I would certainly wait a month or so if you don't need one now, till the sharp corners are knocked off leopard. Cheers Nick
