Installing free frame plug ins.... Can't Post

I've been having a hard time installing the free frame plug-ins with isadora on win xp.... I'm not seeing the plugins from isadora.... i've placed the dll files in the directory path where isadora would look for them

c:/programfiles/commonfiles/FreeFrame/...

Can someone give me and this board the lowdown on this process?

thanks!

Hello again, I've had no problems installing freeframe into after effects... how do I access free frame via isadora... I still haven't figured out this problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

thanks,

Check the Isadora Freeframe Folder settings in the preferences/video pane?

The Freeframe Fx should appear in the Video Group of Actors (1). Drag them into your patch!

If they don't then I've no idea.

Maybe you can tell me about the plugins you're installing... are you using Pete's Plugins? Or some others?

I haven't heard any other reports of problems with people installing Pete's Plugins at

c:\Program Files\Common Files\FreeFrame

That's where Isadora looks by default unless, as Gavin pointed out, you change that setting in the Preferences.

Re: [Mark Coniglio] Installing free frame plug ins.... [In reply to] Can't Post

thanks for the reply,

for whatever reason, all the free frame plug-ins are now working,

I deleted all the free frame plugins and then reinserte them in the proper file path and now I have no problems with seeing them.

the instructions on the site and in this post are correct for installing free frame on the pc.
