hello,

this is my first question on this forum, and i a new in Isadora.

also i am french, so excuse my english , pleaseWink

is it a way to obtain an integer number from a decimal number ( like position in movie player , like the object int in pure data.

i believe there is a module called "absolute value", i think it is in the calculation section. i've never used it (and i can't run isadora just now) but i think that's what it is for.

You can do this by making a simple user actor, with only one input and one output.

Inside the User Actor, add one user input and one user output.

Double click the User Input and set the 'data type' to float.

Double click the User Output and set the 'data type' to integer.

It will then force to floating point to an integer.

Make sense?
