QT 7.2. Audio Problems Continued

I wanted to send you all an email regarding the status of the audio problem that cropped up with the release of QuickTime 72.
Apple has acknowledged that this is their bug, introduced in QT 7.2. The problem is, they have no workaround to offer me, and this particular issue effects the way that Isadora synchronizes video clips with the other actors that require timing information (e.g., Envelope Generator, Wave, etc.) It is critical that they all operate from the same timebase, but the ability to do this is now broken (at least when it comes to playing sound.)
So this is a serious problem, and I'm working to find a solution. Hopefully within a week or so I'll be able to come up with one.
If this bug is affecting you, then you have no choice at this point but to go back to QT 7.1.6 for the moment.
